Upgrade Your Webstream Service with Video on Demand Archives

Current webstream subscribers can use the following instructions to upgrade their service to include Video on Demand (VOD) archives or make other changes to their service. Play the video to the right to view the process step-by-step.

If you would prefer that we upgrade your service for you, contact Webstream Support at streamsupport@morningstarministries.org and tell us the changes you would like.

STEP-BY-STEP INSTRUCTIONS: (Print this page -or- open another browser window.)

Login to the website.
Go to My Area -> My Account -> My Payments.
Select "MorningStar Services Webstream" from the list of Subscription Payments. Note: Your subscription may be listed as "Weekend Services Webstream."
On the Subscription Summary page, click "Edit your registration."
First Screen: Enter any necessary information requested. Click "Next."
Second Screen: Choose the Webstream service you would like to upgrade (or downgrade) to. Click "Next."
Third Screen: (Vouchers) Click "Next."
Fourth Screen: Select a listed credit card -or- enter a new card. Click "Next".
Fifth Screen: (Subscription Summary) Click "Confirm" to authorize changes to your subscription and appropriate transactions to your credit card.
Transaction Processing may take up to 24 hours to complete. During this time the subscription services you had prior to the changes will remain unchanged.
