Report from the Mongolia - Gobi Team

Greetings!

We just returned from the garbage dump where we ministered to about a dozen people. About half a dozen received the Lord and two experienced healing as we prayed for them. It was a surreal experience (we’ll post pictures later). Basically, these people were at the dump waiting for trucks to come in so they could look through the trash and then try to sell things they found.

Yesterday we had a great time doing an outreach on the south part of town by one of the main rivers that flows through the city. There is a monument set up in honor of the Russians who helped Mongolia get free from the Chinese during the early 1900s. Right next to it is a huge statue of the Buddhist god for poor people. We did some worship and evangelism within these grounds. We saw seven people meet Jesus. It was pretty awesome! A few of the team were able to share the gospel with a whole class of young children who were on a field trip to the monument.

Great ministry is happening! Tomorrow we head to the Gobi to do a lot more work there. Please pray for a safe trip and for favor and influence with the Gobi.

Report from the Mexico Team

Hello all!

Since we last wrote to you, we have been traveling by van to remote villages. One village took us eight or nine hours to get to (this has only been the local’s second time having American visitors—the first time was from our team last year). At one point, we all spent a few hours in the rain and clearing the road of fallen rocks from a small avalanche.

We have been holding meetings every day (sometimes twice a day or after traveling for hours) with the local churches. There have been numerous healings and salvations, people being equipped in prophetic ministry, and children being touched by the Lord’s love. Tomorrow we will hike for a few hours to a village, which is not accessible by vehicle, where we will hold meetings. Then we will head back to Puebla. Thank you all for your prayers and support! We are so excited about what has taken place and cannot wait to see what God does next.

Report from the Mongolia - Gobi Team

Oi folks!

When visiting hospitals, particularly with the intent to empty them, usually SOMETHING good is bound to happen somewhere. I wish I could share more of the details with you, but we’re still compiling all the stories. Here’s a few stories to keep you intrigued.

I was on a team with Yuri, Snow (one of our translators), and a woman named Menda. We went into one of the hospitals, but because the director wasn’t there, we could only pray for those in the waiting room. Much to our surprise, there were probably just as many people in the waiting room as there were in the rest of the building. It wasn’t hard to just start praying for people. Snow and I prayed for an older lady (whom I will refer to as “Granny”) that had a limp in her right leg. She knew the name, “Jesus,” but she didn’t know anything about Him. As we prayed, her leg got progressively better. We prayed for it twice, and she walked off with a great big smile, shaking and kicking her leg as she went. Snow translated to me that there was a significant level of comfort restored to Granny.

Afterward, we were taken outside of the hospital, where a man was waiting in his car. He was there with a younger couple. He had lung disease and was thin enough that I could see his bones. Snow and I began to pray. We spoke life and health into his body—along with a few other things we felt form the Holy Spirit. As we were praying, I asked him if he wanted to know Jesus as his own Friend. He was more than happy to be introduced to Jesus. The cool thing was, Granny piped up and expressed her desire to know Jesus, followed by explicit notions of the same nature from the younger couple as well! In all, after this morning was done, those four are now friends with Jesus and are beginning their lives as children of God.

Overall, we have seen thirty-two people become friends with Jesus (salvation) and five confirmed healings.

God is awesome!
Love,
Joel

Report from the Mongolia - Henti Team

Hello!

Today is day six in Henti for our team. The last couple of days have been as successful as the first few. We’ve been busy with reaching to the lowest and the highest in Henti. Yesterday we visited poor families in the area and invited them to our evening service and to bring the kingdom to theirs! We saw six salvations, a couple of confirmed healings, and Hannah did some deliverance. The other day, Erik received a very accurate vision while in the Internet room of a man walking into the church here with a broken left ankle. The man was also drunk and covered in Buddhist charms. He ended up coming and getting saved. He ripped the Buddhist jewelry from his neck and the pain in his leg improved. He came to our evening service yesterday and his countenance had completely changed. Seeing him worship Jesus was incredible!

Report from the Mongolia - Henti Team

What an incredible few days!

Yesterday we had a training day on the prophetic. There was an open question and answer time that was very beneficial. We taught on prophetic evangelism and ministering from a new covenant perspective. New believers prophesied for the first time and were very accurate. We had multiple words of knowledge for healing, including one from Erik that got two or three people healed INSTANTLY.  Phil prayed for two people who were healed by words of knowledge as well.

Yesterday morning, we met with about two dozen regional leaders from World Vision International (WVI) for an hour. All but four of them were Buddhists or atheists. Vince shared with them ours and the Lord’s heart for restoration of the world and people. He told the story of Israel’s deliverance from Egypt but did not say it was from the Bible. He presented the story in a fresh way, which impacted the people. Out of this time with them, an opportunity developed that led to six salvations, five baptized in the Spirit with evidence of speaking in tongues. One of the city leaders and the WVI leaders got saved. Coincidently, Haneke (the leader of the Henti ministry) had been praying for their salvation for months.
