About CSCL
The Comenius School for Creative Leadership (CSCL) is a Christian, K-12 school located on the grounds of Heritage International Ministries and operates under the auspices of MorningStar Ministries. CSCL seeks to raise up the next generation of leaders with cooperative effort from each family, the church at large, and the staff at school. Our vision is to minister to the full potential of each student by providing an atmosphere that encourages a love for learning, a desire for excellence, and the development of each student's gifts, talents, and leadership skills. Because of our distinctive approach to education, each student is equipped spiritually, mentally, emotionally, and physically in order to fulfill God's call for his or her life and to be a positive influence in society. Recently, student passion for the Lord resulted in a ministry-wide Holy Spirit breakout which continues to this day.
Unique Features of CSCL
Students attend classes daily, Monday through Thursday. Fridays are free so that students may seek to supplement their formal education by taking classes at local colleges, interning or apprenticing with local ministries and businesses, as well as taking art, music, dance, drama, and/or private lessons. Classes are small, concentrated, and creative with an emphasis on higher level thinking and student generated projects. Intensive scheduling is the buzzword for a distinctive course load for students.
The Comenius School for Creative Leadership (affiliated with MorningStar Fellowship Church), located at 375 Star Light Dr., Fort Mill, SC, 29715, admits students of any race, color, national and ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to students at the school. CSCL does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national and ethnic origin in administration of its educational policies, admissions policies, scholarships and loan programs, athletic, and other school-administered programs. |
