Heidi Baker and her husband Rolland began Iris Ministries, Inc., an interdenominational mission, in 1980 and have been missionaries for the past twenty-five years. She was ordained as a minister in 1985 after completing her BA and MA degrees at Southern California College in Biblical Studies and Church Leadership. Heidi was powerfully called to the mission field when she was sixteen and living on an Indian reservation as an American Field Service student. She was led to the Lord by a Navajo preacher. Several months later she was taken up in a vision for several hours and heard the Lord speak to her and tell her to be a minister and a missionary to Africa, Asia and England. When she returned home to Laguna Beach, California, she began ministering at every opportunity and leading short-term mission teams. Rolland and Heidi met at a small charismatic church in Southern California and married six months later after realizing they were united in their calling and desire to see revival among the poor and forgotten of the world. |

Molly Williams is a vocalist and worship leader who has been involved with MorningStar Ministries in Charlotte, North Carolina for the past 9 years. Molly writes passionate songs that bring hope and encouragement to the body of Christ. She is a graduate of the MorningStar School of Ministry and was on staff with Morningstar for 3 years. Molly now travels worldwide leading and teaching at worship conferences and worship schools. She also currently tours as background singer for renowned American recording artist, Wynnona Judd, as well as worship leaders such as Don Potter, Rita Springer, and Suzy Yaraei. Her hope is to see people experience worship in such a way that their lives are changed and they encounter the love and grace of God in an entirely new way. |

Josh Baldwin has been involved in leading worship for about nine years. He has recorded songs and played drums on a handful of worship projects and recently released his own solo project "Changing". Josh has traveled, worshipped, and ministered with Rita Springer and Suzy Wills Yaraei and was the Worship Minister at MorningStar Wilkesboro. His desire is to touch the Father's heart and help release others in worship and the arts. |

Leonard Jones Leonard Jones is the head of the worship department for MorningStar Ministries in Fort Mill, South Carolina. He is a multi-instrumentalist and is trained in classical music and jazz. Leonard spends most of his time leading worship, writing music, producing CDs for MorningStar and few other people, and training up-and-coming worship leaders at the MorningStar School of Worship. |
