Comenius School of Creative Leadership

Planning, instructing, grading, etc. as per state requirements for subject and grade level.

Requirements:

 Has teachable grasp of material

    Familiar with child behavior and comfortable with the same.

Essential Duties:

□ Maintain excellent classroom management.

□ Able to instruct students of varying academic stages in area

subject matter at appropriate grade level.

□ Adapt at using a variety of techniques for subject presentation.

□ Proficient in lesson planning and delivery, test/assessment design,

academic intervention and evaluation of student academic performance.

□ Attend weekly CSCL staff meetings, monthly workshops, pre- and post

school year planning meetings, awards ceremonies, Open House and

other events, and Parent/Teacher Fellowship nights.

□ Coordinate and communicate with parents of students on a regular basis.

□ Fulfill state requirements in teaching mandated objectives and tracking

student attendance.

□ Perform other duties as assigned by administration, i.e., lunch monitor,

event chaperone, etc.

Required Education:

Degree in Education or English.

Certification and background check.
