The Refirement Center Update

To comply with the biblical command to “honor your fathers and mothers” (see Exodus 20:12), we have planned to complete the 21-story high-rise building we purchased as a part of the Heritage property to be the finest “Active Adult Community” (AAC) of its type anywhere. We have 1 to 5 room suites available. They will all be exceptional, and each can be custom designed because of the numerous options available.

Even though this will be more like a super resort in some ways, our main goal for this facility is to make it an “on ramp” for ministry and missions, including teaching in our schools, writing, editing, prophetic music, and art, and in every way providing leadership for the emerging generations. These can be part-time or full-time endeavors, but seeking to spend their last years as their most fruitful will be a qualification for the residents of this AAC.

There will be 250 units in our 21-story high-rise at Heritage International Ministries (H.I.M.). These will be available for “life leases” for active adults at least 55 years old. These units will range in price from $150,000 and up, depending on the space and options. Our goal is to provide the finest facilities at the very best value.

We now have a questionnaire posted on our website which anyone 55 or older is welcome to fill out to help us plan this facility. Just go to: www.towerlife.org. 

Because we only have 250 units available and we are expecting them to go quickly, we are going to be very selective about whom we allow in.
